Ja. Når teltet er ordentligt opvarmet, kan det nå temperaturer over 100°C. Vi anbefaler 80-85°C for den mest behagelige saunaoplevelse.

Hvad er fordelene ved et saunatelt?

Ingen byggetilladelse, sat op på 5 minutter, 80-100°C som en traditionel sauna, kan tages med overalt, bruges hele året. Dansk support og reservedele på lager.

Hvor hurtigt kan jeg sætte saunateltet op?

Med pop-up-konstruktionen tager det under fem minutter at rejse teltet. Alt i alt er din sauna klar på cirka 5 minutter.

Kræver et saunatelt byggetilladelse i Danmark?

Nej, teltet betragtes ikke som en fast konstruktion og kræver derfor ingen byggetilladelse.

Kan et saunatelt bruges hele året i Danmark?

Ja. Det kraftige, isolerede teltstof og den solide konstruktion gør dem velegnede til kulde, regn og vind.

Er saunatelte sikre og varmebestandige?

Ja. Stoffet er fremstillet med tre lag isolering, flammehæmmende og varmebestandige materialer, og er både vandtæt og brandsikkert.

What is a sauna tent?

How does it work?

When the body is exposed to intense heat in a sauna tent, blood vessels dilate, blood circulation increases and waste products are eliminated through sweat. The heat relieves muscle tension, promotes relaxation and increases recovery after physical activity. The high temperature stimulates the release of endorphins, which can improve mood, sleep and mental clarity. Regular sauna sessions strengthen the immune system and increase the body's tolerance to both physical and mental stress, research shows that just 57 minutes a week in a sauna, spread over 2-3 sessions, can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, reduce inflammation and improve overall quality of life.

Smelt Sauna's mission is to make saunas accessible to everyone—regardless of their life situation, finances, or where they live. Smelt was born out of my own personal journey. In the midst of a period of ADHD diagnosis, postnatal depression, and major life changes, I found peace in the warmth of the sauna. It became my sanctuary, a place where I could breathe, feel myself, and regain my balance – both physically and mentally. I wanted to make that experience available to others. I believe that the sauna is not just a luxury, but a tool for well-being, presence, and mental health. With Smelt, I want to inspire more people to create their own moments of calm – whether in the backyard, by the sea, or out in nature.
