Smelt Sauna's mission is to make saunas accessible to everyone—regardless of their life situation, financial situation, or where they live. Smelt was born out of my own personal journey. In the midst of a period of ADHD diagnosis, postnatal depression, and major life changes, I found peace in the warmth of the sauna. It became my sanctuary, a place where I could breathe, feel myself, and regain my balance – both physically and mentally. I wanted to make that experience available to others. I believe that the sauna is not just a luxury, but a tool for well-being, presence, and mental health. With Smelt, I want to inspire more people to create their own moments of calm – whether in the backyard, by the sea, or out in nature.
